What to Expect at C.F. Taylor

C.F. Taylor School serves  elementary grades (5-6) and secondary grades 7-12. There are four program areas at C. F. Taylor: 5-6 Alternative/Crossroads, Crossroads, Alternative, and IMPACT.  

Working Towards Graduation

The IMPACT Program gives students the opportunity to recover credits and graduate with their cohort

Student Counseling

The school guidance curriculum includes classroom and large group activities from kindergarten through twelfth grade, with an emphasis on decision-making; self-understanding; study skills; and career exploration, preparation, and planning. 

Attendance

Regular attendance is the key to student success. Most, if not all, of the progress toward credit for graduation will take place when the student is in attendance for class sessions.

Curriculum

Instruction includes a variety of techniques including individualized instruction, group sessions for lecture and demonstration, and guided and independent practice.

Annual destruction of special education records for students born in 1999.

On February 20th, 2026, Special Education will destroy all records of students born in 1999. All years prior to 1999 have already been destroyed. If you would like to obtain the Special Education records, please contact the Special Education Office at 251-970-7324 or come to the Professional & Academic Complex at 19812 Underwood Rd. Foley, Alabama.
